Honda launches 2021 CB350RS in India: classic with a modern and sporty touch
Honda launched in India the new 2021 CB350RS, its classic style motorcycle, but with a modern and sporty touch. It arrives to complement the line, which already has the totally classic H’ness CB 350.
The new 2021 Honda CB350RS brings a hint of retro and scrambler style, with wide dual purpose tires and front fork protectors (also known as ‘fork boots’ or a ‘dust cap’).
In addition, it brings sports fenders, sport-shaped LED flashers (used on other brand bikes), built-in under the seat taillights (also LED), and decorative band (pin-striping) over the fuel tank.
The Honda CB350RS arrives with two color options: Black with Pearl Sports Yellow (dual tone painting) and Radiant Red Metallic (with the decorative band over the tank).
Classic but full of technology
The Honda CB350RS arrives full of technology, despite the classic look, bringing modernity and sporty / scrambler touch, in the medium cylinder category.
It features the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC)r, 5-speed slip and assisted clutch, two-channel ABS brakes, LED lighting and analog panel with digital information.
In addition, it has a connection to the Honda Smartphone Voice Control system (HSVCS), Start / Stop button and wide dual purpose tires (100 / 90-19 at the front and 150 / 70-17 at the rear). The wheels are made of aluminum alloy with 7 ‘Y’ spokes.
The engine is a 350 cm³ single cylinder with electronic fuel injection, capable of generating up to 15.5kW (21 HP) of maximum power at 5,500 rpm, and 30Nm of torque at just 3,000 rpm. In the category, it is not focused on power but on torque, especially at low revs.
The Honda CB350RS has a ground clearance of 168 mm, a weight in running order (Kerb weight) of 179 kg, a seat height of 800 mm and a fuel tank capacity of 15 liters.
