2021 Triumph Tiger 850 Sport is launched: ‘tailored to do everything’
Triumph launched in Europe the new 2021 Tiger 850 Sport, its adventurer ‘made to do everything’. It arrives to be the entry bike on the Tiger line, focused on asphalt.
According to the brand, it has all of Tiger’s character, performance and agility, with a head-turning stance and integrated adaptability for your riding needs.
The 2021 Triumph Tiger 850 Sport arrives to set a new standard for adventure versatility with a focus on the road and the city. It features 19″ cast aluminum alloy wheels at the front and 17″ at the rear, with Michelin ANAKEE ADVENTURE tires (for use 80% on the road and 20% off-road).
The design of the 2021 Tiger 850 Sport is very similar to that of the Tiger 900, with the same front optical assembly, “nozzle” and windshield. The lighting is all LED and the panel is completely digital in 5 inch color TFT.
In addition, it has adjustable seat height from 810 mm to 830 mm and also adjustable handlebars, combined with high specification Brembo Stylema brakes and Marzocchi suspension, in addition to 2 riding modes.
The 2021 Triumph Tiger 850 Sport features a 888 cm³ triple engine with specific adjustment, capable of generating up to 85 HP of maximum power (10 hp less than the Tiger 900) and 8.3 kgfm / 82Nm of torque. The gearbox has 6 speeds with an assist and slip clutch and the fuel tank capacity is 20 liters.
Anyway, the 2021 Tiger 850 Sport is sold in the UK for from £ 9,300.00, slightly cheaper than the Tiger 900, which starts at £ 9,500.00.
