VOGE 300ACX is Chinese Scrambler motorcycle with a lot of technology
VOGE launched in Spain, the 300ACX, its 300cc Scrambler motorcycle. It is based on the ‘naked’ neo-retro 300AC, has a lot of technology and is a good option in its segment.
Based on the 300AC, it has dual purpose tires, spoked wheels, a slightly longer suspension and a small windshield over the headlight.
For those who don’t know, VOGE is a high quality subsidiary of Loncin Motorcycles, which has in its line, 300cc, 500cc (like the VOGE 500R) and 650cc (like the VOGE 650DSX) models.
It focuses on bikes with advanced design, high-end configuration and ‘reasonable price’. It already sells its models in several countries, including Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Norway, Ecuador and Argentina.
Design
The VOGE 300ACX features a minimalist, neo-retro Scrambler design without fairings. The headlamp is ’round’ (round housing, but with internal LED dots in a rectangular shape) and a fuel tank in the classic shape.
To make the Scrambler design even more evident, wide dual purpose tires are used, that is, for use on asphalt and on dirt or gravel roads.
Engine and Gearbox
The engine of the VOGE 300ACX is the same as the ‘naked’ neo-retro 300AC, and is a structural part of the double cradle frame.
It is a 292 cm³ single cylinder with liquid cooling and electronic fuel injection (BOSCH), capable of generating up to 25.8 hp (19.23 kW) of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 2.36 kgfm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
The transmission is 6 speeds and the final transmission is by chain.
Chassis
The VOGE 300ACX features a steel trellis chassis, 35 mm diameter inverted front suspension with 110 mm travel, monoshock rear suspension and stainless steel tailpipe.
In terms of braking, it is equipped with a double 300 mm brake disc at the front with two-piston calipers, and a single 220 mm at the rear, with ABS.
In addition, the spokes wheels are 17″ in diameter and the dual purpose tires have the following dimensions: 110/70-17 at the front and 150/60-17 at the rear. The dry weight is 155 kg and the fuel tank capacity is 15 liters.
Technology
The VOGE 300ACX features Full-LED lighting, fully digital LCD panel, USB connector, adjustable brake lever and emergency brake light.
