Yamaha Unveils the 2024 Aerox 155 Version S: India’s First-In-Segment Scooter with Traction Control System and Smart Key

Yamaha has launched in India the new 2024 Aerox 155 Version S, a 155cc sporty scooter, which comes equipped with Traction Control System and the convenient Smart Key, among other features.

With numerous never-before-seen features, high technology, and bold design, the Aerox 155 Version S will undoubtedly provide its riders with unforgettable emotions.

Design-wise, the Aerox 155 Version S model has its own sportive design. With an aggressive style and quality finishing touches, this scooter stands out from the rest.

The core of the Aerox 155 Version S, however, is the strong and powerful 155cc Blue Core engine, with VVA technology, that produces 11.0kW (15.0PS) of maximum power, and 13.9N.m of torque.

A standout characteristic of the Aerox 155 Version S is the Smart Key feature, which combines convenience, security, and the latest technology. The ignition system that requires no key offers an easy start-up process.

Its Traction Control System guarantee that the rear wheel does not slip on a challenge surface, like on wet or sandy asphalt, improving safety.

Also impressive in this scooter is it SMGS (Smart Motor Generator System), that guarantees a silent start, and the Automatic Stop & Start System, which turns off the engine when stopping at traffic lights to save fuel, restarting it instantly when twisting the throttle.

Equipped with a Class D bi-functional headlight for improved safety (LED for the headlight, DRL, and taillight), the Aerox 155 Version S exudes a dynamic and stylish appearance.

The 2024 Aerox 155 Version S is available in Racing Blue and Silver, costing ₹150,600 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
