Best-selling scooter in Indonesia, 2025 Honda BeAT gets important updates
Honda launched in Indonesia the 2025 model of its best-selling scooter, the BeAT, which arrives with important updates, to try to maintain the reign.
One of the model’s updates was its design, with more sleek and sporty lines. It complements the LED headlight set at the front and the taillight at the rear.
Some versions of the model have the Smart Key system, for more convenience with keyless starting, and an alarm, to increase daily security.
In addition, the models gained a USB port to charge the cell phone, and a renewed analog/digital panel (100% digital in the Street version).
In terms of mechanics, the new Honda BeAT arrives with a 110 cm³ single-cylinder eSP (enhanced Smart Power) engine, capable of generating up to 6.6 kW of maximum power and 9.2 Nm of torque.
It is equipped with the ACG Starter, to start the engine instantly and practically without noise, and the ISS (Idling Stop System), which turns off the engine when stopping at traffic lights, to save fuel.
Therefore, according to the company, the new scooter is capable of traveling up to 60.6 km/l (WMTC), making it the most economical motorcycle in its class.
Anyway, the new 2025 Honda BeAT type CBS is sold at a price of Rp. 18,430,000 (On The Road Jakarta); the Standard Deluxe type is sold for Rp. 19,300,000, while the Deluxe Smart Key type, which is the highest variant of the new Honda BeAT, is priced at Rp. 19,830,000. The new Honda BeAT Street is sold at a price of Rp. 19,300,000.
