Ducati has launched in Europe the new 2025 Multistrada V2, its 890cc adventure motorcycle, which comes with a new design and is much lighter than the previous model.

According to the company, the new motorcycle weighs 18 kg less, due to the new aluminum monocoque chassis and the new V2 engine. Now, it weighs exactly 199 kg in total ‘running order’, not counting fuel.

Regarding the new 890cc V2 engine, it features IVT technology, with variable intake valve timing. With this, it can generate up to 115 hp of maximum power, and 92 Nm of torque, with 70% already available at just 3,500 rpm.

In terms of design, the new Multistrada V2 has received important aerodynamic updates and, most importantly, a new front end, with headlights and DRL following the same pattern launched on the most recent Panigale.

Finally, Ducati worked on ergonomics and says it has made the model more comfortable. To this end, a new seat was incorporated that can be adjusted to two levels: 850 and 830 mm. With the accessory, the height can be 870 mm or at its lowest point, 810 mm.

Finally, the new 2025 Ducati Multistrada V2 will hit stores in Europe in January 2025, in Ducati Red for the standard version, and Ducati Red and Storm Green for the V2 S version.
