BMW has launched in Europe the 2024 S 1000 XR, its 1,000cc long-distance sports bike, which arrives with a power boost, ergonomic improvements, and some stylish design refinements that’ll have riders and onlookers alike drooling in awe.

One of the highlights of the S 1000 XR is its reworked in-line 4-cylinder engine. Now, it churns out a whopping 125 kW (that’s 170 hp!).

In addition, the bike comes with an all-new seat design. Offering 10 mm more height (850 mm) and improved space for your posterior, this seat lets you ride with freedom and adjust your position as needed.

In terms of colors, the 2024 S 1000 XR is available in Blackstorm metallic, Gravityblue metallic, and Lightwhite solid paint/Motorsport (when combined with the M package and M seat).

The S 1000 R is equipped with a 999 cm³ Oil/water-cooled, four-cylinder, in-line engine, capable of generating up to 170 HP (125 kW) of maximum power.
