Yamaha launched in India the 2022 MT-15 Version 2.0, its high performance 155cc motorcycle, which comes with USD front forks, aluminium swingarm, new digital instrument panel and new colors.

The 2022 Yamaha MT-15 Version 2.0 is now much closer to the MT-15 sold in Europe and other Asian countries. Firstly, the inverted front forks, in addition to improving the handling, gives the bike a fantastic look, as it is painted in gold. Secondly, the new rear aluminium swingarm is MotoGP inspired and also improves stability in corners and under hard braking.

In terms of electronics, the MT-15 Version 2.0 features a newly designed, fully digital LCD panel that displays a customizable animated text (When ignition is turned on), along with a Gear Shift, Gear Position and VVA indicator. It also displays Call, E-mail and SMS Alerts along with Smartphone battery status available through the Bluetooth Enabled Y-Connect App.

Finally, the new MT-15 Version 2.0 comes with a new color set, featuring Cyan Storm (new), Racing Blue (new), Ice Fluo-Vermillion and Metallic Black.

How is the MT-15 Version 2.0

The Yamaha MT-15 Version 2.0 brings a very aggressive design, with muscular lines, which makes it look like a bigger bike. The inverted front suspension and short tail also contribute to this.

Technology is not lacking on the bike. It has a fully digital inverted LCD panel, single channel ABS as standard, assist and slip clutch, Delta Box frame, alloy wheels and LED headlight and taillight.
