2026 Yamaha Tracer 7 Now Comes with Y-AMT Automated Transmission
Yamaha has launched the new 2026 Tracer 7 and Tracer 7 GT in Europe, its mid-displacement crossover motorcycle, which comes equipped with Y-AMT, the automated transmission.
The Y-AMT system allows manual gear changes, via a button on the left handle, and fully automatic, improving the riding experience.
This system was already present in the Tracer 9, Tracer 9 GT, Tracer 9 GT+, and in the naked MT-07, and now arrives in the Tracer 7 line.

Another highlight of the new motorcycle is the increase in technology, with the adoption of the ride-by-wire throttle, riding modes, power maps and levels of traction control.
In addition, the model has now cruise control as standard, available from third gear and above 40 km/h.
The engine remains the same 690cc CP2 with liquid cooling, capable of generating up to 73.4 hp of maximum power, and 6.9 kgfm of torque.

Finally, the new 2026 Yamaha Tracer 7 arrives in European stores in the colors Redline and Midnight Black.
For now, there is no forecast for this model to reach other countries.
