Kawasaki launched in Europe the ’50th Anniversary’ edition of the 2022 Z900, in celebration of the 50 years of the ‘Z’ line, which arrives in red color in a tone of the Z-GP motorcycles of the 80’s.

In addition, the model gained red wheels, dark blue graphics with silver details and golden emblem, Kawasaki logo and front forks.

According to the brand, this red color called ‘Firecracker Red’ was used on the Z1100GP, the dominant air-cooled Z model in the 1980s. This shade of red was also used on the legendary GPZ900R, and was Kawasaki’s signature color of the time.

Finally, the 2022 Z900 50th Anniversary Edition gets a special leather-textured seat distinct from the standard model, plus a commemorative ‘Z 50th’ logo on the front fender.
