BMW’s premium scooter gets updates for 2025
BMW Motorrad has launched in Europe the 2025 model of the C 400 X and C 400 GT, its two premium mid-size scooters, which come with important updates.
In terms of design, the C 400 X was the only one that received modifications, with a new front area, in addition to gaining a more ‘robust’ version, with different colors, red details, and the inclusion of some standard accessories.
Both models now feature a 6.5-inch color TFT display with comprehensive information via the BMW Motorrad Connected app. In addition, the C 400 GT can be equipped with the optional 10.25-inch TFT display.
In terms of technology and safety, they do not leave anything to be desired, as they are equipped with BMW Motorrad ABS Pro (which brings the important cornering ABS), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Dynamic Brake Control (DBC) and Engine Drag Torque Control (MSR).
The engine remains the same 350cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder, but has been updated to Euro5+. It is capable of generating up to 34 hp of maximum power and 35 Nm of torque. The gearbox is automatic CVT.
Finally, both models have more space under the seat and come with a wide variety of accessories, including a larger 43.5-liter top box and hand protectors, for example.
The new 2025 BMW C 400 X is available in European stores in Blackstorm metallic and Kalamata metallic matt (‘Rugged’ version). The 2025 BMW C 400 GT is available in Blackstorm metallic and Diamondwhite metallic (Exclusive version).
For now, there is no forecast for the arrival of these models in other countries.
